1. POF heat shrink film is an environmentally friendly multi-layer co extruded polyolefin (POF) heat shrink film. It is made by using linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) as the intermediate layer and co extruded polypropylene (PP) as the inner and outer layers on specialized equipment. Through a special process, the inner, middle, and outer layers are extruded together to produce a heat shrink film with high transparency, high shrinkage rate, and good heat sealing performance.

The three-layer co extruded heat shrink packaging film is mainly made of linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) and copolymer polypropylene (TPP, PPC) as the main raw materials, with necessary additives added, and processed by co extrusion blow molding process. Its process is different from traditional blow molding process, using double film bubble process. It melts and extrudes the raw materials through different extruders, forms the initial film through a specially designed co extrusion die, and then rapidly cools it, and then heats it for secondary blowing and stretching to produce the product.

3. POF heat shrink film is made entirely of environmentally friendly materials and is an eco-friendly packaging material that can be recycled and reused.
